I saw Mr Osman just over a week ago and the first thing that struck me was 'he is listening to me, not only that but he heard what I was saying. I am confident that many will agree that that is a probably the most important aspect of any treatment for a patient, whatever the circumstances. Result of that appointment is complete confidence in the man.

I found both Mr Daoud and Mr Osman very professional, helpful and spent time giving any advice and help I neeeded. In fact I wouldn’t fault anybody from pre-op, post op as well as the consultants for the treatment and friendliness I received. Thank you so much Carol Pickett

I cannot praise Mr Osman enough! My re-construction done at the same time as my mastectomy is a work of art! I was delighted when I saw I had retained my nipple so it looked like a normal breast! I’ve been given honest feedback at every appointment and never felt I’ve been rushed through. The only thing that everyone forgot, including me, was to get my drains emptied at the hospital after the appointment as Mr Osman wanted me to keep them in for another week at least and my nurse wasn’t due to come to my house that day because I was at the hospital. Didn’t think of it until I got home so then had to organise a nurse to come over and I felt silly because I should have sorted at the hospital. So maybe something to bare in mind for scatty patients keeping their drains in for longer than anticipated. I really am overcome by the amazing treatment and care I have received so far, I know there’s still some way to go but I feel very positive because I‘m in the best hands.
